Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a baking dish.
Top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
